An employee of the Ministry of Gender and Development, along with another woman have been taken to court for allegedly interfering into the marital affairs of Mr. Cyrus T. Momo
A Writ of Summons issued Monday against defendants Ina Chirsteneen, an employee of the Ministry of Gender and Development and her alleged accomplice, Marcia Allen revealed that the two women allegedly wrote several text messages on their Face book pages to the wife of Momo that he was having extra marital affairs with another woman in Liberia.
According to the court’s record, plaintiff Momo is the Managing Director of a local security firm in Monrovia and his wife is currently residing in the United States of America.
The plaintiff told the court that the women in their messages to his wife stated that he has a child by a girlfriend.
Plaintiff Cyrus informed the court that the defendants’ misleading and false information has subjected him to hatred and public ridicule, and according to him, has created serious confusion in his home.
The alleged act of the defendants, according to the writ, is unlawful, criminal and wicked as well as in violation of section 14.27 of the New Penal Code of Liberia.
