LISCR FC has gotten its first win in the Confederation of African Football (CAF) champions league.
The shipping boys got a good result in the first leg of the CAF champions’ league after a brilliant set of dribble by Sheku Sheriff in the 20th minute of the first half that separates the two sides heading to the half time whistle.
The team, Al-hilal walked away with a 1-0 defeat in favor of LISCR in the first half with strike from 21-year -old sheku sheriff in the preliminary round of the first leg encounter.
LISCR FC front man Mark Paye, who has several chances but could not utilize any, will have to double up his effort in the second leg of the CAF champions league in other to help his team progress to the next stage.
Meanwhile, the return leg will take place in Khartoum Sudan a week from now, and the winner of the two legs will progress to the first round to meet the Victor of Athletic Club of Congo Republic and AS Togo of Lome
