Several executives of the Congress for Democratic Change (CDC) in Montserrado County District#9 have pledged their support to Unity Party representative candidate Atty. Miller Catakaw.
At an endorsement ceremony Sunday, the CDC partisans said their decision to support Atty. Catakaw is based on his level of work in the district over the years.
The CDCians through their spokesperson Isaac Morris said the UP candidate has over the years made tremendous contributions to the district which indicates that he loves the people.
Morris said they are not looking at their party mandate that says ‘vote one and vote all,’ “but we are looking at the kind of work and accessibility to the people of this man.”
Responding, Atty. Catakaw hailed the group for their farsighted decision to support him.
He added “let us think right about our district to give flower to those who need it to lead his people.”
Catakaw expressed delight to see CDCians supporting his candidacy and assured that he will not betray the confidence reposed in him.
Those CDCians who endorsed Catakaw are Uriah daddy of Lakpazee west point, Solomon Jackson, Bassa town Community, Benjamin Garway, Fanti Town Community, Isaac G. Morris, New Matadi Estate, Eddie Jackson, Lakpazee Zoo, Michael Mah, 20th Street Community and Varsay Tullah, Old Matadi Community.
